Cyndy never set out to start a ministry, publish a curriculum or write a book on healing. She simply began by doing what she loves most, teaching a Bible study. The first Healing Journey Class, a Bible study on God's principles and steps to healing, began in 2001. When the class finished, she taught it again, and again.
The class evolved into a ministry in 2003 called His Healing Light Ministries. After being associated with a parent ministry for five years, they organized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation in 2009.
She began getting requests for her materials which set her on the road to write and publish the curriculum. In 2006 the ministry filmed the lessons and created a curriculum that other groups and churches could use. After testing the curriculum in pilot churches, it went on sale to the public in 2008.
She has recently written a second Bible study, Running with Horses, and started teaching it in 2009. This study is for women who have finished their healing journey and are ready to live the full adventure with God in the Promised Land.
